Hello Leader!

I have been working on some of the items on my strategic planning and moving to Tulsa, OK. How have you been personally? professionally?

I have been brilliant. I am doing better than ever financially in business with a new intern and Catalyst who are ready to serve. I have a lovely support system that rocks!

I am now a Tulsa Score Mentor, getting a write up in SoCal Magazine and starting the Goldman Sachs program. I have made new friends with the Black Queer Tulsa group.

The energy in Tulsa feels accepting. I am embraced and asked, "How can we be better?" You know I have no qualms in letting them know.

Yes, honoring myself has been leaving my hometown. Honoring myself is letting my light shine brightly where it is welcomed. Honoring myself is accepting the care that is so freely given to me. I am flabbergasted, joyful, and grateful.

One thing I noticed about Tulsa is how often I see Tulsa written everywhere I go and how the locals here make it known that they love their city. I can see why!

Meet our new Co-Director for Nashville StartUp Grind. I am pleased to introduce Tiara Briscoe in providing the new Startup Grind programming.

Tiara Briscoe, CPA, MAcc is from Memphis, TN. She gained her Bachelor of Business Administration - Accounting as well as her Master of Accountancy from Middle Tennessee State University. Her certifications include, Certified Public Accountant, Bill.com Certified, Sae Intacct Accounting Specialist, and Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. Tiara volunteers on the Junior Board as the Treasurer for the Nashville Business Incubation Center, an organization that offers education and resources to entrepreneurs.

Tiara has a budding startup offering Accounting and Consultation Services.

Honoring Myself is joining forces with Try On Healing Sessions. These sessions are 15-minute immersive learning experiences to relieve stress, burnout, and imposter syndrome for leaders.

Meet our new Intern, Kilian Bartel. I am pleased that he is spending the semester with us.

My name is Kilian Bartel and I study Business Administration in Cologne, Germany. I'm 20 years old and attended the past semester with a major in Finance & Controlling in New York City. Besides my studies, I have already gained work experience in accounting and real estate. Furthermore, I am very dedicated and enjoy working with other people. Besides studying, I spend a lot of time with friends, playing tennis or travelling. I am looking forward to work with you in the coming months.
